Returns

Return of items is subject to approval from Dreamwheels. Once approved return can be initiated and will be processed.  Once the return is approved – buyer needs to send the material back, once received return of payment will be initiated and buyer will be informed on the process steps.

Refund

The refund is generated within 24 hours of order cancellation & return completion.
It usually takes up to 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect into your Source Account (account/wallet through which the customer made the payment).

In case of payment failure, the debited amount usually takes 24-72 hours to roll back into your account. We suggest contacting your bank in case you face any issues.
